Ross Palmer established Palmer Acoustics (Australia) Pty Ltd in 1992 with the vision to position the company as the preferred supplier of acoustic services to the Australasian and Southeast Asian markets.

Palmer Acoustics expanded rapidly and within 15 years had gained recognition from clients as a leading consultant with a reputation as a professional acoustic consulting service specializing in building and environmental projects.

Palmer Acoustics is currently active in Australia, and Vietnam, with offices in Brisbane and Ho Chi Minh City.

Eric Huang is a Senior Engineer at Palmer Acoustics and a registered Professional Engineer with over 18 years of experience in acoustic consulting.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Queensland University of Technology in 2002. While working as an acoustics engineer, he pursued and completed a Master of Engineering Science.

Eric has developed extensive practical, technical, and professional expertise across a broad range of projects in the building and construction environment.

Mathew Dyer joined the Palmer Acoustics team in 2023. He holds over 5 years of experience in environmental studies and has a deep understanding of the many façades of acoustics.

Binh Pham has established himself as one of the recognised Acoustic & Audio Visual (AV) technologies consultants with Palmer Acoustics (Australia, Vietnam and Thailand). During the planning, building, and installation process, Binh Pham plays an integral role, utilizing experience with building acoustics and construction trades, to coordinate with the builder, architect, designers, and installers.”
