Ross Palmer CPEng RPEQ
CEO - Founder
Ross established Palmer Acoustics (Australia) Pty Ltd in 1992 with the vision to position the company as the preferred supplier of acoustic consultancy services to the Australasian and Southeast Asian markets.
Ross expanded the company and within 34 years had gained recognition from clients as a leading consultant with a reputation as a professional acoustic consulting service specializing in building and environmental projects.
Ross is currently active with projects in Australia, Vietnam and Saudi Arabia, and manages the offices in Brisbane and Ho Chi Minh City.
Binh Pham
Acoustic and Audio (AV) Consultant
Binh Pham has established himself as one of the recognised Acoustic & Audio Visual (AV) technologies consultants with Palmer Acoustics (Australia, Vietnam, and Thailand). During the planning, building, and installation process, Binh Pham plays an integral role, utilising his experience with building acoustics and construction trades to coordinate with the builder, architect, designers, and installers.
Mathew Dyer - MSS025008
Acoustic Consultant
Mathew Dyer joined the Palmer Acoustics team in 2023. He holds over 5 years of experience in environmental studies and has a deep understanding of the many façades of acoustics.
Currently he is one of our main impact insulation consultants and assists clients with any questions or queries they may have. He also offers to the team extensive experience in environmental acoustics training programs.
Javier Schneider Navas Jurado
Acoustic Engineer
Javier Schneider Navas Jurado – is and Environmental and Acoustic Engineer. His professional journey has been shaped by engineering and consulting projects, where he has excelled in noise measurement.
Javier Joined Palmer Acoustics in 2022 conducting noise measurements and assessments covering areas such as traffic, rail, and industry. the role includes preparing reports and acoustic modelling for public and private companies in Australia. Additionally, he specialises in evaluating floor impact noise, using sound level meters, and tapping machines to obtain accurate values.
He continually seeks opportunities to apply his skills and knowledge to projects that contribute to societal well-being and environmental conservation, both nationally and internationally
Jasli Benevice
Acoustic Engineer
Jasli Benevice joined the Palmer Acoustics team in early 2025. He is a graduate mechanical engineer with a high level of energy and a strong passion for construction and design.
He contributes to projects by performing field floor impact testing, traffic and rail noise impact assessments, noise impact assessments, and development approval applications. He is always keen to take on new challenges that support his growth both as an engineer and as a person
Angela Oh
Acoustic Engineer
Angela Oh joined the Palmer Acoustics team in 2025, working across building and environmental acoustics.
Her role involves impact insulation testing, licensing approval and acoustic analysis for residential and commercial projects.
With a background in mechatronics engineering, Angela enjoys turning complex standards and measurements into practical, real-world solutions. She is our lead OLGR Specialist

Barbara Dyer
Office Administration
Barbara Dyer joined Palmer Acoustics in 2024 as Office Administrator. She brings 40 years of customer service experience spanning real estate, insurance, enterprise IT software, and small business ownership, including operating her own café. Barbara is known for her adaptability, organization, and people-first approach.
